How to request a refund

Send your account email, payment date and amount, and order or transaction ID to admin@moftai.com. We may verify your identity or payment authority to protect the account.

We review payment records, the credit issue and usage ledger, and error logs, then explain the refundable amount, any deduction, and the processing method.

Within seven days of purchase

If you request a refund within seven days and none of the paid credits have been used, we generally cancel the original payment. If the payment method can no longer be reversed, we may use a verified bank account or another agreed method.

If credits or immediately supplied digital services were partially used, we may deduct the used portion and any amount permitted by law. Complimentary and promotional credits do not increase the cash refund.

Errors, failures, and non-performance

If duplicate payment, non-issuance after payment, duplicate charging of a valid request, or our system error is confirmed, we restore credits or cancel and refund the payment without an additional fee.

If the service differs from its description or contract, you may request withdrawal within three months after supply or 30 days after learning of the issue.

Expired credits

Credits are usable for 365 days from issuance. Complimentary, promotional, and test credits cannot be used after expiration and are not refundable.

If paid prepaid credits qualify as a new-type gift certificate under Korean law, you may claim 90% of the unused balance after expiration but within the five-year commercial limitation period from issuance. A more favorable mandatory rule or contract prevails.

Timing and exceptions

We begin cancellation or reimbursement within three business days after confirming eligibility. The actual posting date depends on the card issuer, bank, or other payment provider.

We may temporarily hold processing and request evidence when stolen payment, fraud, refund abuse, or a dispute is reasonably suspected. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over this Policy.
