Purpose and operator
These Terms govern the conditions for using the blindpick.ai web and API services provided by 모프트에이아이 주식회사 (CEO: 김기웅; business registration no. 207-87-03818; e-commerce registration no. 2026-제주서홍-10; address: 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 현청로 30-3), and the rights and obligations of the company and its users.
By accepting these Terms during registration or payment and using the service, you agree to them. Material changes will be announced in advance on the service or by email, together with the effective date and reason.
Accounts and eligibility
You must create an account with accurate information for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent, and protect your sign-in credentials and API keys from unauthorized access.
The service is not available to children under 14. We may restrict accounts or API access when impersonation, false registration, unauthorized organization access, or a security breach is confirmed.
Service and third-party AI
blindpick.ai provides Blind comparison, Model VS, user-selected Agent, multi-model Pick orchestration, and text, research, image, video, and development tasks.
Some features connect to third-party AI, search, payment, and storage services. Their outages, policies, or model changes may affect quality, speed, or availability. Features that are not operationally ready are disabled in the interface and routing layer.
User content and outputs
You authorize us to copy and transform prompts, files, and materials as necessary to process your request and to transmit them to the selected external processor. You must have the rights required to provide those materials.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or infringe third-party rights. Before high-risk decisions involving law, medicine, finance, employment, or safety, and before external publication, you must review accuracy, security, and rights.
Paid services and credits
Credits are internal units used to access the service. They are consumed oldest first and remain usable for 365 days from issuance. Refund and expiration conditions for paid, subscription, and complimentary credits are governed by the Paid Service Terms and Refund Policy.
Credits charged per request vary by model, input and output size, tool execution, and storage cost. Prices or included credits are shown before purchase, and account screens provide usage and balance records.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal conduct, infringement, malware or bulk spam generation, unauthorized collection of personal data, security bypass, reverse engineering, abusive automation, and payment or usage evasion are prohibited.
Depending on severity and urgency, we may issue a warning, restrict features, revoke API keys, or suspend an account. Where practicable and not prevented by an urgent security or legal reason, we will explain the reason and available appeal process.
Suspension, termination, and liability
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, force majeure, third-party suspension, or legal requirements. You may request account deletion at any time; records subject to statutory retention are deleted after the applicable period.
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses arising from free services or force majeure. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law. Korean law and applicable jurisdiction rules govern disputes.
